The Japan Society of Hepatology

Purpose

The Japan Society of Hepatology encourages research on hepatology and contributes to the development of this medical discipline in Japan by publishing research reports on hepatology and exchanging knowledge.

Main activities

The Japan Society of Hepatology engages in the following:

  1. Holds academic conferences and lectures on hepatology.
  2. Publishes the journals "Kanzo" in Japanese and "Hepatology Research" in English.
  3. Collaborates with research organizations in Japan and abroad.
  4. Conducts other activities that help the Society to achieve its objectives.
